How long do I have to wait for my tune?

Normally there is a 3 to 4 day turnaround depending on work load.

How do you know if an engines happy remotely?

We work with our remote session customers closely using a check list and pulling spark plugs through the process.

How much notice do I have to give to book a track or dyno session?

Do you help diagnose issues?

Yes, we do help diagnose some issues the end user is having to help the process along. When issues become longer than normal there will be a surcharge for extended help. We have a detailed spreadsheet to help aid in quick diagnoses of most common issues.

A week before the track or dyno session preferably.
